its totally up to the admin, just like the punishment is totally up to the admin.

just like everyone tells me that banning someone for 7 days is overkill, but guess what??? the punishment is decided by the admin. cause no where in the rules does it say I have to ban this amount of time for this offense and this amount of time for this other offense.

admins are allowed to make a spot illegal but as I stated before it only works if all admins agree to enforce that spot as illegal.
