well, assuming that you've already saved it to your pc...
-top of page click 'user cp'
-along left side, there's a vertical panel. Look for 'Edit Signature'
-near bottom, 'Upload Signature Picture' section. click 'Browse', find on your hard drive and upload.
-after it uploads, select 'Save'

you have to hit the insert sig button you need to insert it into the text then save it and yours truly ty for my sig you rock man XD
