Well Loka nobody is posting child pornography so I don't see how your example has any merit in this situation.

But keep the personal attacks coming. You seem to have trouble participating in a conflicting discussion without using them. Against someone you don't even know.

Tragedy: If you have a problem take it up with ZERO personally. There is no need to berate the users for participating in something that has been accepted for some time.

Christmas, have you read any of my posts? It IS illegal if you do not have a public warning or an 18+ disclaimer. That is my entire point.

Edit: Child porn is illegal no matter what, and a site that isn't 18+ only that has porn on it is very illegal as well.

I'm curious where that law is because I do know that sites that are solely for pornography must have them but do not believe that to be the case with other sites, unless there is a disclaimer regarding the company that provides the forum to ZERO.

Technically the game already has a legal warning on it saying its M+ and that online gameplay can vary/change. The forums, however, ARE different...are technically not a part of that game nor its warning, and have no warning.

End of story. The points/facts have been laid out numerous times yet very few of you seem to grasp it.

Okay well I was curious to know the laws regarding sites but you didn't bring me anything.

Most of what I saw had to do with Libraries and Child Pornography, and if there is something regarding internet sites I am curious to know about it.

Disregarding the fact the community is BASED off the servers which are part of the game. I don't see why someone who is not related to CSS in any way would want to come here.

ever see at the start of a porno, it has some sort of legal shit saying that all actors in this film are 18 years old and older, with there identification on file???

that's what tragedy is trying to tell you, there is no way to prove those girls in the pictures that autumn posted, are 18 years and older.
