But nobody ever does shit about it, and that's how it always has been ever since summer 08'.

It might be hard to call out specifics, but not all admins are created equal. Inthebutt, Hobo, Lukey, and a few others were great admins. Things do get out of control sometimes, but that doesn't mean no one does anything about it.
