    wow, keep the banning stuff to the banning threads please.

    Regardless of what weeman did or didn't do, this is a good thread and it's just sad that the first few replies are just a back n' forth bickering.

    I didnt' realize IBIS had so many maps.

    I'll try to take some screenies of the maps not here when i'm dead, which is a lot. I'm a fail zombie.

    maybe after this thread gets more content and maybe more thourogh reviews, a secrets guide will appear...?

    There are several maps I would have said differently about, so I'll just go ahead and do that, and add onto the list that you've started.

    zm_tension_tf2_vx
    Bad for large amounts of people. Good for late nights (10-20 people). During the day barricades will be constantly broken, but at night there's plenty of good spots.

    Anywhere from 2-3 cading spots, generally good for a smaller amount of people. One or two spots aren't possible now because of the higher tick rate of the server. One of the lesser maps of the server I would say.

    Great map. Plenty of cading spots and even a few holdout ones. The vent in this level can be blocked, but if it isn't pushed down all the way, a deformed and another zombie could pull the couch or vending machine blocking the way through the deformed to tag the players on the other side.

    Good for small amounts of people. Around 3-4 decent cading spots. Would be horrible to play this in the day time with 41 people.

    Generally a good map for about 15-25 people. Good cading spots, a few holdout spots if not for the poisen class.

    You'll probably die every round you play this map due to the fast zombie. Though I have personally proved that this escape map is beatable as human.

    An extension of the original rooftop runaway. This has the same problem the first one does.. Everyone will parachute to the end. Though I generally would recommend keeping this one and not the regular. The faster tick now makes the helicopter work. Though even with parachutes disabled, predators can skip through parts of the map.

    zm_roy_barricade_factory
    This map would be great, if not for the fact that zombies can glitch through vending machines and objects. Though even so, there is still quite a few good cading spots on this map, more so then most. Great for small and large crowds.

    Mostly a map for smaller amounts of people. Not so good for cading except two spots, but good for holding out.

    This along with the Jarasic Park escape maps have but one flaw.. Fast zombies. Apart from that, the team killing via blowing up the bridge, people blocking paths with the bus, or breaking planks under people's feet sending them to their doom, this is a great map.. If you're 5 years old.

    THE best map in my opinion. Full of dozens of holdout/cading spots. Great for large and small amounts of people. Though the poison ruins one spot.


    zm_roy_highway
    A classic map from Halflife 2, zombified. Good for hiding, cading, and holding out against zombies. Mostly good for 30-40 people at once.

    Who doesn't love the beach? Though a zombie apocalypse can ruin your whole weekend. Good for cading and holding out, and large or small crowds. One of the better maps, though it leans towards the human's side. Apart from that, some objects can be glitched through.

    A halfway large map full of secrets. Plenty of spots to barricade, and a few to holdout even. A bit human sided however.

    A classic map. Perfectly balanced in my opinion. Great for large and small crowds. Though there is one flaw, it tends to be overplayed. Eh, who am I kiding.. It's still one of the best maps.


    zm_forgotten_town
    Plenty of cading spots, few holdout spots, and a secret or two. Good map overall.

    It's a map filled with boxes. Everyone rushes to the tower, one person becomes the zombie, everyone dies. It isn't a good map.

    Literally only three cading spots. It's a small map that more then 15 people wouldn't be able to play without having utter chaos. Tension has good cades, but this map is just repetitive. It might as well be lila_panic_v1

    This is such a horrible map I'm not going to waste my time getting a picture of it. In the non-escape version you get a chance to cade some other then just the safe room, which isn't that bad compared to this.

    Full of traps. This map can usually be won by humans, despite the fast zombie. Gets old quick, like most escape maps.

    It looks like it, but there is no cading spots on this map. It's only about hiding or going into the secrets. It's generally a horrible map. The only cading spot can be easily broken by glitching through the vending machine.

    As the name implies, it's an old western style map. It has unique cading spots. One of the better maps.

    There is a vent, and there is one cading spot. Apart from that, this isn't a map worth playing.

    Small. Favors zombies. There is but maybe one or two places to go on this map.

    Two cading spots, however it is a very large map. You'll be running around most the time. Favors zombies.

    zm_churchofmint_fix
    Probably in the top 10 greatest maps in ZM at the moment. Great for cading and holding out. The barricades here aren't as repetitive here as they are on other lesser maps.

    Large... Very large. You can't hide because it's mostly snow white. And the few the cade spots (1-2) can easily be broken.

    ze_retribution
    A fun escape map filled with drivable vehicles. Pretty balanced as well. One of the better escape maps. Though sometimes with a full server there's a lag issue.

    You'd be surprized.. It's completely different from roy_the_ship. Has a cannon which most people use to team kill, drivable boats, which are always fun.. And, even a few decent cading spots. This map is probably one of the better ones.

    There is no where to run.. There is no where to hide.. There is no where to cade.. In this map, as a human.. You.. Will.. Die.. Am I wrong?

    The only real way to live in this map is to use the secret, apart from that there's one or two holdout points, which really aren't that great.

    well ghs_officepanic is the best of the office maps for zm and i can't wait for jumpers to be taken off some maps also james nice map list but lost world v1 was a decent escape maps when fast zombies were kicked or banned but i don't agree with the face that 5 year olds like it
