I don't think she's disregarding the fact that chronic broke the TOS. I think Toasties is implying that an admin breaking the rules (ward obj + abuse admin powers to become invisible + being an asshole) is as bad as an admin breaking the TOS in order to remove that abusive admin.

I think she's saying that both sides are equally wrong and therefore Hitman shouldn't have posted this on the forums, but rather dealt with Chronic privately.
