Different people have different experiences with getting their wisdom teeth out. Some recover in a couple days, others it takes a couple weeks.

Just keep poppin' the painkillers, sleep a lot, and make sure you eat (soup is delicious).

I heard from ITB that sucking on penis helps A LOT with the recovery though.

clindamycin is a hardcore antibiotic. it kills both good and bad bacteria in your body. some people have reactions to it. like me, it felt like there was a baseball in my throat for a few hours the first couple of times i took it. but i got used to it after a couple of days. other people have much worse reactions, some dont have any at all. oh yea and dont lay down for at least 30 minutes after you take it!
but the main thing is clostridium difficile. thats an infection and it happens because clindamycin kills the good bacteria in your intestines which could cause you to have runny, foul smelling poop for a few weeks. but, that doesnt happen to everybody and if it does, you can take probiotics to straighten it out.
