WCS Glitches and Suggestions

Added [R]s suggestion and added my own, in addition to more glitches.

I forgot to add, maybe make the beginning classes easier to reach max power (cap out at like 24 or something) so the newer players will be able to jump right in and have a fair chance. I see lots of noobs join the game and complain because they cant kill any of the older players - and buying exp only goes so fast...and its even slower if your team is losing constantly.
