Exactly that, Sliced my calories to less than half the original, Worked out 6 to 7 days a week, regardless of situations or weather. Keep in mind I was around 16 or so when i started and didnt have a car. MY family wasnt supportive, so in rain, sunshine or snow I walked over 6 miles to get back and forth to the gym also. It was difficult, and is still hard to maintain. but, whatever =P
