Maybe not...Shattered Horizon requires DirectX 10 on Windows Vista or Windows 7. There is no support for Windows XP or DirectX 9.
Wow and it only will run servers on win server 08, vista or win 7. Well good luck with that. Most game servers are running win server 03 becuase that is the most stable for srcds or linux because it is the least expensive. Hopefully they will at least add win 03 support in the future. Otherwise you would need physically separate servers if you wanted to run this and older servers. I do not know why but srcds never seem to run well on server 08.
