I'm sick of this guy. Can we just perma ban on the fact that he's completely disrespected both maynard and me, over him being banned for spamming and then getting banned by me for a week because he came back before the first ban was up somehow. Rather than pleading his case, he's decided to attack and insult us, If he was at ALL, polite, we probably would have given him a chance and released his ban, but he continues to throw insults around like a spoiled little child.

As was stated before, this is a dictatorship Run by Zero. It's his call to decide on something such as an admin being accused of abuse, until he makes the call, just be quiet. Your insulting admin who are trying to police the servers best we can, doesn't put you in very good light with us or the community.

That's it. I've just read through 4 pages worth of this argument and it's time for me to say something.

:ahem: acer ([:j:]), i was in fact on yesterday when this whole event went down. If i remember correctly, it was on nipperhouse.

Anyway, before you start celebrating about how "oh, acolyte's my savior, and he'll set everything straight with his testimony," know that i'm straight.

Now that that's out of the way, i'd like to say that Maynard's right. he did tell you quite nicely to leave because your ban was still in effect, even after the server had glitched. When you asked when you could come back on, he said "this time tomorrow" You played, like 2 or 3 more rounds, until he told you again, that you needed to leave. You asked again, "when can i come back?" He again replied "this time tomorrow".

After that, you still didn't leave, so he told you that if you didn't leave, you would get an additional 7 days tacked on to your ban (which would mean it would end that time, 8 days from this incident btw) You kept asking the question, and he kicked you.

Maynard's reaction was completely reasonable, considering how you weren't supposed to be on there anyway, you refused to leave, and kept asking a question you had already been told the answer to.
