    Having your rate set to above whatever the sv_maxrate is, makes no difference.

    Basically, it's a waste of time to kick/ban people for having their rates set above the max.


    4) Use admin privileges sparingly and appropriately.

    ya.. people say that but ive seen from first hand expierence that they infact do cause lag issues. had a person with rates set to 10 million and whenever she would join the server would go ape shit with lag.
