To say "dobra" is when you're referring to a feminine object, e.g. "dobra divchena" means "good girl," i.e. I think that's called a a nominative feminine adjective. "Dobre" ("e" not "a") means "good" without being a subjective verb.
Anyway, Polish girls are crazy.
I gotta learn how to say "good" in Portuguese now
