Thread: Favorite places to eat out

Just went to this Italian Restaurant in Oceanside, NY called Mio Posto.... the food is unbelievable, the owners are two brothers in FDNY who just opened up the restaurant there about a year ago. Friendly environment with a family setting. The owners will take your order, stop by and ask how everything is. I not only recommend this place because of the food but the service really is great.

Trying more and more weekly so I think I should make a blog :P

Foreal i have a place that will beat all of your places. Pamela's (aka P&G Diner). It is the best breakfast food in the nation. Obama has gone there with his family every time they come to Pittsburgh. He even flew the owners to the white house to cook for him and his guests on veterans day. It makes the best strawberry pancakes ever. If you ever go to Pittsburgh you MUST get some.

I have a few friends in the PA and they referred me to Pamela’s. I remember when Obama was running for presidency, they had an interview of Obama eating at Pamela’s with the residents.

Another place I like to eat out at is the Nascar Café in Vegas. Everything there is supersized. A buddy of mine competed in the B3 (Big Baddass Burrito) challenge which is a 6lb burrito. He is now the 6th person to ever completed the challenge. He also hold the 2nd fastest time (14 minutes). Adam Richman from Man vs. Food attempted the challenge but failed.

  5. Default Favorite places to eat IN!

Well, I'm surprised no one has mentioned this yet, but my favorite places to eat IN is here at home, at my grandmother's place, and at my family's place.

There are good cooks in my family, and let me tell you, nothing beats home cooking.

I just cooked 3 pork burgers my grandmother passed over a few months ago. My aunt was passing by, and she gave me some tips.

They were THEE BEST pork burgers I have EVER had. Soft, tender, juicy, with garlic and dripping in butter and animal fat! ABSOLUTE BURGER PERFECTION!

Along with a shot of Crown Royal whiskey and a German pilsner chaser, it's like living like a king! And listening to Pavarotti!

I like Kura Sushi in Costa Mesa, Mitsuwa Market has a lot of good Japanese foods, Albertos is good for Mexican food, If your going to pinks in hollywood might as well hit up the first Tommys which rapes the others.

I've recently discovered a place in Tempe, Arizona called Sushi Eye which is very far up my list of places to eat.

Fuddruckers is definitely good, but it's hit or miss depending on the location. The one near my house is bomb, but then the one I ate at in Puerto Rico's service sucked.
