We can only restart the server if we can join a game in the server.

If the server is down, we cannot restart it unless we have RCON access to the SRCDS shell

It crashed in infinite loops 2500+ times thanks to eventscripts. I have disabled eventscripts in order to get it to run again. For now we will just half to make due without it until the new server is finished. Program for new server has now been accelerated and will go live in 7 days max.
