I don't collect anything anymore, I should start I used to enjoy it.

I used to collect MTG(had like 7k + cards)
Baseball, I still have full sets of 89-90'
Pokemon(lol but for only a couple of months)
And in the early 90's marvel cards, I had full sets of... several years and types.

Can't think of anything I collect other than fucking hockey sticks. Even when I break them I feel the need to stick them in a corner in my garage.

Ohh that reminds me, I grew up living right next to a weeky flea market and when I was 5-6 I used to go every week and buy any old hockey sticks there. I had probably 20ish and I didn't even play or watch hockey..... I just really loved casey jones from TMNT

I used to collect MTG cards myself, until I got to college and became poor! I have a coin collection my dad gave me when I was younger, as well. I'll try to get pictures of my coin collection, and maybe my lightning-bolt MTG pages -- I have like 60 of those things, I love them.

I also collect knives (skinning and lock-blades) as well as clarinets. If anyone saw my room right now it would appear that I collected computers (when in actuality I have like 5 that I'm restoring and upgrading for different people atm).

I also collect the tears of people who PISS MEH OFF. Oh.. and I also collect scores and manuscripts copies of my favorite music (I'm talking like a score to Rhapsody in Blue by Gershwin, etc..)

My husband had a very large collection at one point and one of my best friends has a collection that would make most MTG card collectors pop an instant boner.

At one point, being the MTG nub that I am I said "Wow you sure do have a lot of stacks here". He gave me the first dirty look I have ever seen him make and said "Those are not stacks, they are DECKS!".

I'm surrounded by crazies.

I used to collect MTG, but I stopped in 1998 or so. I also used to collect anime cels, as in the painted images that made up every frame of animation on screen, at least up until the digital painting revolution. I stopped collecting those in '05 or '06, mostly because shit was expensive, and there was very little new stuff coming out that was cel animated. I have scans of most of my cels up at:

I'm really proud of my Macross opening cel, being such a seminal series, and from a sequence I haven't seen on the market since I got mine.


I also really like Utena, and have a decent collection of cels from the movie and tv series:


Other than that, I don't really collect much now a days. I collected some japanese j-hiphop group cd's from ~2003-2007, but I stopped caring about that a while ago.

Yeah MBP, Pokemon cards are awesome. If you look in that one picture, you'll see about 3 books worth on my shelf.. All holographics.

And Dog, straight blade katanas are more my style.
