You can put 16 gigs in and 32bit will work, it just wont recognize it
now a fun hack to do is to put 8 gigs of ram in , and use 4 as the page file, and you now have 8 gigs of ram running in 32 bit

i have troubleshooted the shit out of her computer and it comes up memory error bsod code. Some siimilar issues had compared to her had a 8800gt graphics card which she has and the memory of the graphic could possible cause the problem but i have no way of testing that theory for her since there is no onboard VGA.....

So im currently at a lost to figure out what to do at the moment I always have spare parts to to test with but i cant do that for owns..... only other thing i no of is to modify the cd and make a copy with updated service packs and drivers.... or take aout all the extra devices in her pc and try again ........

Really you proablyl need to get a new pc owns.......... or you can install Linux I guess

What do you guys make of doing your own mineral oil computer setup? It should be very good for overclocking right?

its not all that good for OC unless you can get that oil moving fast, and that takes some really powerfull fans.
I will say it is a fun mod, just you have to clean it every 3 months to avoid contamination, and thats a bitch, mineral oil is some messy stuff

Ahh... Did not think about having to clean it every 3 months, I mean with water it would not matter but with oil I could see many hours being spent on that.
