I my self pre-ordered the game which came with 2 exclusive maps for free and a bunch of other stuff.
Well you can get the 2 extra maps.. you just need to buy them if its not limited edition.

I bought it on steam and played through the first SP level (WWII level)... then I died somewhere in the second level and my game crashed. It seems to crash randomly a lot and their forums are flooded with complaints... :/

you prob have the graphics higher then your vid card can handle.. hence the crashing.
