The kill command was disabled in the previous version of zombie mod but the new version seems to allow it. So is it okay for humans to slay themselves to avoiding being turned into a zombie?

You know it is there loss, they will end up just sitting around the whole rest of the round with a -1, 1 K/D.
Id rather be a zombie and try to get a few people

no, i mean i wanted to spec someone, and i couldn't switch teams or kill myself.

Just quit the game and return as long as U do NOT play that map and go spec it's fine, as that way it will not disappropriate your score or losses.
One cannot improve if they cannot see their mistakes!
If you can't do it right, Don't bother!
