These are updates to security plugins to prevent hacking and dos attack. In otherwords the entire point of these plugins is to reduce lag and hackers.

alright fine but you should try them out on a testbed server to make sure they dont fuck over gungame for a few days

there is not anything to test they are just updates for the current versions we run. Also the only thing you can really test for locally is just that it does not crash or lag. They are logically tested for this but it is assumed from that point that any new problems will be found within an hour of going live.
