I think a lot of them do need to be taken off. There are so many good maps for gg that aren't on the server, but there are also a few maps on the server taht are good that noone gives a chance, for instance stoneworld_obe. Sure, not everyone's taste is the same but I think a good cleaning out would do good. I'd even volunteer my time to go through each map and put up a vote to see how players liked it and jot the notes down if being thorough is an issue.
