The format above can be slightly modified if users like for example to color code series in some sort of way as the user would like. Please define such codes at the top of your post.
Think of this as your own personal public anime list that is not only for you but for others interested in checking out series you are interested in. So feel free to make comments about them or do anything else that may help others find series that interest them.
However please try to use the spacing/underlying to make it easy to read as seen in the post below:
