    i think it'll kick you for ping after 20 sec. or so at the threshold. if it doesn't come down in 20 sec, you've been given plenty of time for a spike to dissapate.

    cutoff is 200 on wcs. 150 on zombie. not sure for pub or gg. probably higher on pub than the others
