Is it possible to get this?

I usually have a nice stable 20 ms ping, but it sometimes likes to spike to 400ms for a short while which gets me auto kicked. I don't play on any of the other servers where a ping higher than 150 will make a huge difference (I only do Zombie Mod), and my ping only stays at 400 for a few seconds, 15 seconds at most.
