    I think I figured it out. Mrs Xen was trying to ban a kid for 60 mins because he just wouldn't shut the hell up. Kid's name was "I got a big _Pistol" and she apparantly forgot to put quotes around the kid's name, thus banning anyone with "I" in their names for 60 mins. Oh well.
