according to squirrel, the download is a virus.

so it's promoting either hacking (if the hacks are legit) or an attempt to infect and hack peoples' accounts. either way, that's against the rules.

if it's a virus then yes, fuck him, that would qualify as an attack on the server as far as i'm concerned. if it's just a link where you can dl something, there isn't really anything wrong, since it's your choice to actually go and dl the hacks and use them.
