might as well shut her down zero, no 1 is on WCS anymore. nvm there's like 4-5 ppl on. map just changed, couldn't see them on game tracker at the time.

Removed -tickrate command line option and defaulted tick rate to 66 rather than 33. This addressed a number of issues, including:

* Tick rate affecting how fast doors open / close
* Tick rate causing players hitting the ground to stutter
* Tick rate affecting the firing mechanisms of certain guns

I'm kinda pissed off now knowing that it's not like a force change, that you have 2 restart the client 2 get the new version... I woulda made for damn sure I was on WCS so I could atleast play it out for like the rest of today with those who are still on.... Grrrr....

apparently ZM and GG will be ok. WCS needs a buncha work and will be down for a bit.
