after doing research and testing it on my fellow admins (hehe jk) i found out how to ban.

ma_ban "steam ID" minutes

example:

ma_ban "Steam_0:1:19787015" 28908000

banned player by this steam id for exaclty "55 years"

if you seen this player with this steam ID, please ban him for that long for child porn spray avoiding bans and harsh racial comments. been looking for him since January 2010.

So the command is different now? It used to be ma_ban time user and that doesn't work now.
