Not to step on anyone's toes here, but let me see if I have this right.

1. Admin accuses Kenzx of hacking- a very serious accusation.
2. Kenzx gets offended (somewhat justified) and flames the admin a little bit.
3. Kenzx gets banned pending review of demo.
4. Admin can't find demo.
5. Kenzx comes on the forums to argue his case.
6. Admin once again, without proof, accuses Kenzx of hacking.
7. Kenzx tries defending his case again. His grammar isn't great and it's kind of a bitch to read, but it seems fairly reasonable considering he was accused of something serious without any actual proof.
8. Instead of getting accused of hacking, Kenzx instead gets accused of disrespecting the admin for trying to argue his case, and is still banned.

He got accused of hacking. Wouldn't you be a little pissed off? And he's being treated like shit by a bunch of admins. What, they're allowed to flame him, but they can't handle it themselves?

So you find nothing wrong with the fact that an admin can falsely accuse, harass, and flame a regular player, but they can't even be talked back to because of their position?

Yeah I'd laugh in their face. I can't even get my CSS to work, and don't like dealing with skins because its somewhat confusing to me. How they hell could I get hacks to work IF they tempted me the slightest.

by "falsely accuse" i assume you mean that the admin saw what he believed to be hacks and made the accusation. and no, he can't be talked back to. if this person was a reg, he'd know to go to the forums to complain about admin actions. not do it in-server
