there's no rule on when you can report abuse. Ive been message by 2-3 zm regulars in the pass few days about ragone being "abusive". Then he ban taz because he doesn't like him. That is abuse. I do agree though to close this thread, due to people can't control their tempers and what they say.

yes there is. you can't just take peoples word. you need 2 actually witness some abuse. I know this cause zero strait up told me this in 1 of acers fake abuse threads on me.
