it was in the steam server update, you must have played on some non ibis servers. When valve released the server update before last it created this error. Then they released the most recent server update to fix it and then a client update to require the most recent server update in order to force a fix. IBIS servers logical never produced this error on players as it never got the update that caused the glitch b/c they do not auto update just to prevent this sort of problem (i wait to test a valve update locally and see if it breaks anything before updating the server)
