I think in the posts here theres a bit of truth, and overreacting.
Personally. It's a little lame to actively TRY to get one. but people here are overreacting. Its his first thread, he know what he's done, and he said he won't do it again, simply because he wanted one.
Start worrying when he gets another one where it wasn't his intention to get one.
Who's overreacting?
People PAY to play in this environment through reserve slots and admin. The people that complained were mostly admins. Admins pay money to make the server a good atmosphere to play in, not abuse admin powers for a thread in a forum.
I've been in the game several times where all weapons were restricted by blade or all of a sudden everyone is invisible (he changes the color or something). No one in there is in control of that but Blade. It's intentional abuse to reach a particular status quo, an abuse thread on the fourms.
Just because it's over and he said he will stop does not mean he shouldn't be reprimanded. This person came on the forums and spent the time registering just to make this thread. Everyone is treating it like a joke.
You people need to understand money is involved and I've got respect for the people that actually put time and money into making these servers a better environment to play in. I do not respect those who would upset said environment with such a lame excuse as an abuse thread. You have to understand it took Blade a while to get this thread. He's been intentionally pushing it as far as he could go until someone complained.

scribbs, the only reason this "sillySally" came here to make the thread is because it had gotten old. the reason no-one came forward until now was because no-one cared. now, it's gotten annoying so he was asked to stop, which he will stop.
hell, the person who made the thread dodn't even request any type of punishment, just that blade stop. scribbs, basically what you're suggesting is persecuting someone w/out an offended party pressing charges.
