I'm having a hard time understanding this process. The majority opinion seems to be that there is no legitimate reason to ban me, yet the ban remains in effect. Should I expect this to persist?

didnt review demo, not at desktop. but was reviewing his stats on the statspage to look for anything suspicious, and noticed that he has nearly a 51 % accuracy in his shots, which is slightly suspicious. other players on the upper echelon of the ranking system averaged around 40 % accuracy with some exceptions.

Think of it like this though, I have a 48% accuracy with 45% of my shots being head-shots. He has 50% accuracy with 43% of his shots being head-shots. Now take the amount of shots he has fired and compare it with mine. Do you see a variance between the percentages and shots fired? He also has a 1.71 KD - which is in no way a "hacking" kill death ratio and he has had games where he's been 17-24; just like anyone who has a bad round. So... he doesn't hack, needs to be un-banned, and people need to actually review demo's before banning; case closed!
