Well look at it from my point of view....
I'm a cop responding to the scene of a crime...
On one side I have people who have shown they do best for the community and have a clean slate (lets call them regulars)...
on the other side I have meth heads with a rap sheet a mile long (lets call them abusers)...
who do you think I (the cop) is going to listen to or believe?
Now yes maybe the abuser was right and the regular was wrong but when thats only true .01% of the time I have to go with whats right 99.9% of the time unless proven otherwise.

Look its a stretch but seriously noobs come in here and wonder why admins stand up for regulars and overlook them...
I'm not saying it helps admins always make the right decision but its just how things are done.
