When you play at IBIS or especially purchase admin you agree to the TOS whether you feel they are fair or not.
They are there for a reason and have served IBIS just fine for many years. Zero has spent a lot of time making sure the TOS is as fair as possible.

While I understand what you are saying he went about it all wrong.
If the mute was unjust there are people who could have un muted the player.
The Admin who did the mute, Clan members, and Zero.
He didn't go about it the right way and his posts were simply filled with unintelligent flaming towards other admins and the server in general.

Katana exhibited very clearly his immaturity and lack of intelligence by mass banning a server...
Which I might add did nothing but waste 10 mins of Zeros time.
Oh I Know its wrong because he went against the TOS but I'm just kinda testing that rule? I don't know how to word it. I know someone could have gone to get a clan member, or zero. but hypothetically what if no one was on (very unlikely im sure) dont you think someone could un-do admin abuse? Now im not talking bans or anything severe like that, that should stick to zero and clan members to deal with. but a simple mute an admin shuold be able to un-do.

I personally think no admin should have the ability to mute a player, instead i think admins should only be able to start a vote mute so incidents where admin mutes the player for the whole server just because they didnt want to hear their voice. When they can just go into player list and mute them for just them, you know? thats all just my .02

and oh im not even gonna argue anything he said or did :P i found the whole thing hilarious
