Normally I would agree that banning a potential "hacker" is the best possible move, but in this case, Bink has been playing CS:S for a looooong time. Hell he played IBIS when I was around and he is STILL playing at IBIS. Admins shouldn't be on a hair-trigger when it comes to banning a "hacker"

Even long-time players can hack. If you're totally convinced about it, then ban. If you have doubts, post a ban request thread, I guess.
