Doom 3 isn't scary...

I would have to go with the Penumbra series or POSSIBLY the later Silent Hill games for creep factor. But perhaps one of my favorite scary games was called Dracula in London. It was a text based game that creeped me out because of the eerie pc speaker music.

and for te record, doom 3 wasn't scary at all. half life 2 was more scary imo

ooh that is a good one. Cryostasis will make you scream like a bitch. It uses old fashion suspense.
