It's the community that you just joined not the clan of IBIS because to actually join the clan of IBIS you would need to go to the apps section, fill one out, then wait to be accepted. (which takes a very long time BTW)
Oh and just a heads up on your Facebook pic, it is certainly an invitation to be investigated especially since you are in the military. You might want to reconsider changing it as it's ( a bong in public image) detrimental to what you stand for while you wear a US military uniform.
