The completely normal harem is, of course, characters who have absolutely no outstanding character traits or personalities.

There are a few off the top of my head that are "normal" for comedic purposes, such as Nami from Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei. They could also be side characters that don't really have any sort of personality at all, or not enough screen time to determine said personality. These would probably be in the "normal" harem.
