well the first step is to make an app.

our biggest guideline is to play the pub as much as possible to get to know the other clan members.

another is time online, and skill plays a slight factor aswell. the timeonline and relationship with clan can over ride your skill though lol

Is there a list somewhere of official IBIS clan members so we can filter out the wannabes? A list of all official admins would also be nice.

well, theres only about 9 clan members so it wouldnt be hard to recongnize us.

also, if you type ma_admins into consol, it will show you all connected admins.

idk if theres a pre set list, but the list is this:
me, dual, midget, wicked, manbearpig, uncle june, nyco, beast, phalanx

jig and zero are the only active founders.

theres anhiliation and goose, but they never play.
