The only thing an admin should be doing is asking a player to hit one or two so that the opponent can know what he is doing. Otherwise, not accepting the knife fight is acceptable and there should be no punishment.

On the other hand, if a player accepts a knife fight and tries to run from it, I will freeze them, because it causes one of the players to lose two levels, and it's not fair to the other knifer.
