yeh made min wage, um here the products in this website are what i made, i did complete assmebly, pick and place machines soldered the ICs on the boards, and i finished assembly, which means i soldered an average of 4 parts per board, also i encased them glued them and shipped them. my company is paid anywhere from 45-160 dollars per board i send out depending on which board it is. here is the site for the company we subcontract from.Originally Posted by jssaylor2007

there is several steps for each build process.
i went from just testing boards and programming to have 10 times the responsibility, and 2 people under me but was not given a raise. when they put me in mactek the first week i sent 50 Bluetooth and the company (mactek) sent a recommendation letter back for advancement in the company to my company saying they are very pleased with the received product and its the best product they received in the last 6 years. i was amazed so i asked for a raise of course i was denied because of the "low economy" so i kept working 2 months later i received a letter stating how much my department has improved since i took over. so i asked for a raise again and was shot down again for the same fucking reason.
