Also, Zero, that reminds me of something called Unlocker, which is a program I'd use to delete files that normally wouldn't let me in the event that something was in use.
you might want to try out revo uninstaller too. this thing's magical. it gives you a complete list of every single program installed on your comp (add/remove software doesn't come close to this thing) and also how much memory it's taking up. then you can remove them through revo.
