Okay--so I was thinking a little today and I'm hoping Zero will read this. I think an exchange should be in place. If Taz gets his administration permenantly removed I'd be willing to pay $11/monthly. So yay. Everyone's happy. Zero doesn't lose money, the server is free from a dumbass, and we get a lot less complaints. Heck, I might even pay $22/monthly just to get Trazen removed too, also one less dumbass and then it becomes a double victory.

Naggafin,the ONLY time you used your mic (HLDJ/HLSS don't use your headset,they function without one) was when you argued with me over whether ARMA II used Binary Spaced Partioning for it's maps or not.

About that player list thing,"we" have not discussed it once,never did you mention the player list mute option in-game to me.You just kept playing music.(Not to mention you didn't deny the fact that you kept spamming when asked to stop)

Nearly everyone knows that the player mute doesn't always work,and a player should not have to resort to that option in the first place,that poor excuse to keep spamming doesn't fly,and it never did to begin with.
I know the Terms Of Service,and I bought for the sole purpose of dealing with rule breakers,and what does not knowing it have to do with the rest of paragraph-sized rant?

Taz, if no one wants him muted, you just have to mute him in the player list.

no he doesn't. if an admin or clan member does not want 2 listen 2 a person spam, they can request/tell them 2 stop doing it. if the person does not comply, they can enforce a mute.

III. Spamming

1) Yelling into a mic repeatedly to disrupt game play
2) The use of HLSS

A) Can be used with permission from admin or if players are requesting it
B) Should not be overused or used for long durations


does taz deserve 2 lose his admin? sure he does, he abuses it plenty. When I was on ZM constantly a while back I saw him do nothing but abuse it and be annoying with it... does taz deserve 2 lose his admin based on this specific incident? No he doesn't.

our rules strait up say you should not be over using your shit and you clearly were and do cause multiple people (even those who are on your side) agree you're a mic spammer.

and apparently taz claims he even gave you a warning on voice chat.. if you did not hear it cause you were spamming then that's your own fault.

the length of the mute is deff overkill though.

Maynard you said what I've been thinking the past 3 days reasing all this. I'm just glad we have people like you around whp will put it into the 4-5 paragraphs it deserves. If someone is being an annoying little shit and I cant hear myself think because their annoying ass music is drowning out my thoughts they WILL be muted. Period end of story. Not for a week probably, but the people in gungame tend to learn when they get punished unlike these zmod people with goldfish memory spans. Moral of the story if you want to listen to music do it, dont try and force everyone else to listen to your stupid ass soundbits and music clips.

P.S. - Acolyte's scatman is perfectly acceptable, especially sense he understands to play it rarely and for short periods of time.
