things i'm disappointed in:
- dodging system. it's nice...but needs something more. i'm thinking mike tyson's punch-out.
- dynamic bosses. great idea, needs some kind of system that makes you incorporate strategy. i hate bringing this game up but in wow, bosses will let out emotes for special attacks, and its a cue to get the fuck out of the way or you will be raped. i'm thinking something similar for these dynamic bosses, and some other aspect that requires teamwork instead of just a massive zergfest.
- character customization. it's pretty good, but just needs a liiiiiiiittle more in my opinion
- lag? i can't tell if its lag or not but i swear there's some delay in everything i do...just makes everything feel clunky. especially with...
- transforming into an animal. awesome idea, but MAN OH MAN the combat and movement is soooo very clunky. definitely needs work
- casting animations. looked beyond epic in the preview vids, not so much in-game. not grand enough, not enough particle effects around the player, just not enough feel for my taste
just thought of one more thing. i was thinking about an event mikey described earlier, where he had to fend off a bunch of baddies and defend their towers or whatever. they failed, and then had to send people to rebuild the towers. that's cool, i see the effect there, but wouldnt it be awesome if for those towers, they had like 5 different models? so each time that event occurs, if you lose and the towers are destroyed, they're rebuild and look different. now that's REALLY having an effect on the world around you.
