[Remove] gg_flower

Reason: This map is just way too big and it always seems to get rtvd or changed by admin.

i am the one that added this map.
And i totally agree it should be removed as soon as possible.

When i first added this map, i was under the impression that the map is 1/3 the size of what it actually is, i thought it would be similar to deagle size-map.
But as soon as i saw it on the server (i didnt have the luxury to try it on my crappy pc back in the old days) , i saw that it was too big.
Zero, you have my absolute consent to remove this, being the one that mistakenly added it on poor judgement. my apologize.
