ADMIN -perma ban

ill start by saying, i have no demo or steam id.
i perma banned this individual.

here is what i think it might have been, but i may be wrong and will accept "consequences" if what i choose to do at the moment in time was unacceptable.

I am pretty sure it was a male ware bot, it was spamming the servers with ads from some site about discount black ops and mw2 prices.

after i perma banned them it mass added the entire ZM server on steam. i had people saying "wth did "ADMIN" add me to steam for?" I told everyone not to accept it because i thought maybe it was a "Account hacker/male ware bot"
i personally think that these people are worse then in game hackers solely on the fact that they have potential threw there behavior to compromise Forum and ibis member information, thus the swift ban.

so yay, perma banned player ADMIN at around 6:15am central

p.s. can i get this thread moved to the ban section?
i posted it threw my steam browser, im not used to anything but Firefox.

meh, i wouldve perma banned him faster than u :P ( i think we both agree i ban faster hahahahaha sry again for banning ur ass mikey last time,it was just tooooo funnny:P)

ok now trolling aside, yea i wouldve perma banned him too, sounds like an autobot for sure, did they receive any links from him? if any accepted him?

and even the name ADMIN, if am not mistaken ,u;re not allowed to wear the name admin , unless u ARE one?
from my point of u , and i cant believe am doing this but, i agree with u on the ban...
i just wish u quickly typed record ADMIN, (for even 15 seconds), sb_status, stop , and then perma banned his ass....
just for sake of documentation and sent to VAC along with the other hackers...and welll... am bored, wouldve wanted to see the ban :P
IF what mikey said was true, and not over exagerated, then i second th ban. but it is fully relying on mikey;s word.

i just remembered an old incident with , i think, sonic smthn, he had "admin" in his name ,and an admin back then banned him temporary ( 1 day) for not accepting to change his name.

his name was ADMIN and he was spamming the server with advertiesments for MW2. Him having the Steam name of Admin is Deceiving and trying to minipulate others into falling for his scam. (assuming other fellow server players at that moment belive he is an admin and can betrusted because of this. In turn makes us look bad if were not to have acted on it swiftly) ... in my book that is worse then hacking because he could be a bot that records sent information or even as little as simple social engineering. now considering identiy theft and fraud have gone up almost half as much as its been in the last 4 years, and wikileaks encouraging cyber attacks, it is better to be on the safe side and look out for the rest of the server (not saying this guy or bot had any intention on doing any harm to anyone) but still better for our community. Thus the quick ban! SITUATIONAL AWARENESS! those of you, like myself who are in the military know what im talking about.
