I haven't banned him yet, but I spec'd him when he was playing in Zombie Mod. With a knife equipped, he was moving faster than people with scouts. In the least, his rates were all fucked up, but it could have been hax. I demo'd him shortly but he left before I could get anything good. If you see him, spec him, demo him, and make a judgement call.
