    Honestly, your stupidity worries me.

That’s the funny thing about trolls: They love to do something horrible, then accuse you of doing something horrible when you call them on it.

    Vote republican.

    Bonus points: Support Tea Party.

I'm not gay but if I was Ron Paul would be my love crush. I'm not sayin... I'm just sayin.
Are you for serious? Pro-business, selectively small-government pretend-libertarians are going to use big-government methods to enact anti-business measures in distinctly non-libertarian manners?

The government is complicit, but the government isn't the cause. Corporate greed is the cause, and libertarians have no problem with that.

    Yes..? and? So am I.

Half the politicians in office are corrupt, so the 7 "republicans" that voted for this shit have lost their sense of party direction. Just as the repubs who are against gay marriage have lost direction.

Fluffy, since when is capitalism bad? If it weren't for lobbyists and corrupt politics there would be MUCH more competition in the ISP world - enough competition that corporate "greed" would be held in check by competitors. Money talks, and when the government lets things take their own course, generally, markets have more competitors and the economy benefits. Read ZERO's first 3 or so posts. +3 internet points.

Look at your sig, now back to mine, now back to yours, now back to mine. Sadly, yours isn't mine. But if you stopped trolling and e-thugging like a nerd yours could be like mine.
Look down, now back up. Where are you? You're on IBISgaming.com, reading the sig your sig could be like. I'm sexting your girl.

dice, wtf are you talking about. Also since WHEN has someone of a party had to follow every damn platform the party supports? Never, and I hope it never will happon

his point was enforcing net neutrality is simply not a republican thing to do, so saying vote republican and then tea party(quite possibly the stupidest party in existence and im republican) was silly to say. unfortunately here we need some government. ISP already are doing what james showed, if you are getting torrent trafic, they slow down all torrent data so you dont "hog" the line, load of bullshit right there, but its there. and thats just one example.

I don't recall ever saying that capitalism is bad. I recall saying that it's fairly dense to suggest that the solution to the problem at hand is best carried out by individuals whose political convictions are at odds with it.

You can't merely cut loose regulated monopolies and expect any kind of positive outcome. Unfettered capitalism is viable strictly on the notion that competition keeps corporations in check, to the benefit of consumers, and falls apart in the face of uncontested monopolies. If you're seriously suggesting that massive deregulation of service providers will suddenly spur healthy competition and resolve the issues at hand, then you don't understand the service provider industry.

I don't understand why you ask me to read ZERO's posts. I have worked for years in the service provider industry, and I have been in the industry in a time when regulated monopolies were abolished. I know first hand what works, and what doesn't work.

You can not really separate things like this by parties as largely both contain people who are more progressives. These people just ware the hat of the democrats and republicans but are really for socialistic principles that go way beyond where even the democrats are supposed to be. The media constantly misrepresents left and right by using Europe as the mesuring stick. However doing it this way makes so that your only choices are always left of the center that our nation was founded on. This is why you always hear of the right being related to fascism which should make no sense as being right should mean that you want less gov. However by defining the spectrum in basically what kind of socialism we are going to have leaves us with guess what, socialism.

This is why we need to look at where things are positioned on the real political spectrum where left is total government control and right is total anarchy. As we ideally want to be as far from both as possible it is therefore important that we continue to try to plant ourselves firmly at the center, just as our founders did.

But face it do we really want people who say this to be any where near things that half to do with economics: "From my own experience with earthquakes, being from San Francisco, I think that this can be an opportunity for a real boom economy in Haiti." -Yea there economy is so much better off now that everything has been destroyed...
