We get the full game, what we won't get is some of the optional addons or something like that. Some non-sense like that.

Last I checked (after 1.0 release)...no.

I'm not sure if it's SUPPOSED to be up, as it's still marked as "testing" but, since last night, it's been up and updated to 1.0. Other problems: very laggy, crashes fairly often, gives a nice variety of errors as kicks/denial of entry, and in creative mode.
